SPACE ROBOT Return and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident with your SPACE ROBOT massage chair purchase. Because this is a large freight-delivered product, returns must be requested and approved before the item is shipped back.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible, the chair must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, parts, and proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at raimis@me.com with your order number, delivery date, photos of the product and packaging, and the reason for the return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Unless the return is caused by our error, a defective item, or freight damage reported on time, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any freight pickup costs. Because massage chairs are oversized freight items, return shipping costs can be significant.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect the product immediately upon delivery. If the chair arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at raimis@me.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and affected area. We will review the issue and work with you on repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on used, damaged-by-customer, modified, altered, or improperly installed products. Final sale items, gift cards, and items missing original packaging or accessories are not returnable.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you want a different color, contact us first. The fastest option may be to complete an approved return and place a new order.
