SPACE ROBOT Terms of Service

By visiting this site or purchasing from Space Robot, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers and visitors using our online store.

Products and pricing
We sell the SPACE ROBOT massage chair in selected color options. Product descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately, but minor variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur.

Orders
When you place an order, you agree that the billing, shipping, and contact information you provide is accurate. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order if payment cannot be verified, if fraud is suspected, if the product is unavailable, or if there is an error in pricing or product information.

Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify Checkout and approved payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our website.

Shipping and delivery
Massage chairs are large freight items. Delivery timing, carrier availability, and access requirements may vary by location. Customers are responsible for providing a safe, accessible delivery address and for inspecting the shipment at delivery.

Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because this is an oversized freight product, returns must be approved before shipment back to us.

Product use
The SPACE ROBOT massage chair is a wellness product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, implanted medical device, circulatory condition, injury, recent surgery, or other health concern.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Robot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, purchase, delivery, or use of the product.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
