SPACE ROBOT Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If there is a delay, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

 

Freight delivery

The SPACE ROBOT massage chair is an oversized freight item. Delivery may be made by a freight carrier and may require a delivery appointment, phone confirmation, signature, or curbside delivery. Please provide a phone number and an accessible delivery address at checkout.

 

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5 weeks after your order is placed. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on destination, freight carrier availability, weather, access limitations, or other carrier conditions.

 

Delivery inspection

Please inspect the shipment before signing if possible. If the box or chair appears damaged, take photos and contact us at raimis@me.com within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Incorrect addresses and missed appointments

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and being available for scheduled freight delivery. Additional carrier fees caused by incorrect addresses, missed appointments, refused delivery, or delivery changes may be the customer responsibility.
